What is the max amount of alcohol i can consume in one sitting while on warfarin with an inr around 3.5? i am 21 so how much is safe?

Minimal is max: Sorry, you need to limit your etoh consumption. I would never suggest you could have more than two drinks at a sitting.I strongly suggest you drink only occasionally and hold yourself to a single beverage.

Limit 2 drinks: I am unaware of any affect of alcohol on pro time of people on warfarin. However, being on warfarin renders one more at risk for bruising or bleeding if even minor injury occurs. Limiting ones drinking to only one or at most two alcoholic drinks makes sure you maintain all your faculties to avoid even small injuries.
