This appears to be an excerpt from a pelvic ultrasound of a 53 year old female. I suspect the study was obtained because you presented with vaginal bleeding or pelvic pain, but it could have been for many other reasons. It would be inappropriate to interpret the study without the entire report but given the findings provided it is paramount that you see a gynecologist within 2 weeks.
