The 3rd generation HIV antibody tests are conclusive at 8 weeks, no need to test any later than that. All these results are 100% conclusive. The internet is not your friend: anxious persons are drawn to information that inflames their fears, often missing the reassuring parts. Limit online medical research to professionally moderated sites and especially ignore those with that problem.
