There is no increased risk of infection (other than your tooth) and no need for antibiotics. Don't worry about this.

Antibiotics will not help your covid infection since it is a virus, but you may want to discuss controlling the chronic tooth infection with your dentist. Antibiotics for that may be in order.

Covid is a virus. Antibiotics treat bacterial infections, not viral or fungal. Antibiotics may help reduce spread of bacterial tooth infection, but not Covid. Don't be scared, be informed. Call your Dentist and your Physician to discuss needs for both antiviral meds and antibacterial meds.
