3 things: Take nSaids like Ibuprofen (Advil/Motrin) to temporarily block the pain until you can be treated. Dab Orabase-B onto the sore spot to numb the area. But the most important thing you can do is call an Oral Surgeon's office for advice and scheduling. Please don't put the call off.
