Don’t know why you’re “fed up”. It’s common. You probably have a viral pharyngitis (probably NOT coronavirus with all the negative tests). Many, many docs prescribe an antibiotic for that even though its useless. Should go away in another 5-7 days. If not, see another doctor

Viral respiratory infections are common and not treated with antibiotics. If you have nasal congestion, low grade fever, you may have had a viral infection. Watch for fever, trouble breathing and swallowing. Other causes include an allergic reaction, which has a genetic predisposition. Avoid smoke and smoke inhalation, rest and drink soothing fluids, while consulting with your PCP.
