Needs more details: diagnosis of their conditions (strep throat, cellulitis, etc) and the name(s) of oral medications.

If the medication is amoxicillin, the correct dosage will be 25 mg/kg, twice a day or 50 mg/kg, one a day for treating strep throat infection. However, the amoxicillin which are prescribed by each NP could be different, in that case the volume for each dose will be different. If both prescribed amox solutions are the same then either dose is incorrect. You can calculate the correct dose yourself.
