New problem: Laryngitis is usually a viral infection involving the vocal cords and is quite separate from strep 3 weeks ago. If she in unable to drink, play and get comfortable you may want to have her seen. If she is keeping up with her fluid needs, eating and functioning pretty well you can ride it out at home.
