7yo daughter has eos 3700, igg 580, cd20 (pan b) 932. she was tested because she is having recurrent strep. does these results point to cancer?

Unlikely but: She does have elevated eosinophil count which needs be repeated. If the elevation is persistent, you need to bring her to an allergist or hematologist for an evaluation. Although hypereosinophilia can be from a form of "cancer" , I think the likelihood is quite low. By the way , these are not tests intended for recurrent strep infection. Need to check close contacts including your pets.
