Rx strep/bronchitis: Whenever he returns to his usual health. This illness may be caught by the other players. If your son has asthma, using an Albuterol inhaler 5 to ten minutes before playing may help control symptoms. For now, rest and monitoring his temperature, and hydration is suggested.

No fever and 1 week: As long as there is no respiratory difficulty breathing, and no fever, he can resume activities. Fever would be a sign of poor recovery. These are only general guidelines. Do consult your doctor for specifics.
