I have had both an mri without contrast and a ct. could they miss a brain tumor if symptoms were already present? afraid i may be letting my anxiety get the best of me but i have had pressure in back of head for 3 months with eye floaters?

If the tumor is truly the cause of your symptoms, it can't be missed with combined CT and MRI of the brain.
