I recently had a head and neck ct scan. one without and one with contrast. what are the chances a brain tumor causing symptoms was missed?

Very remote: CT scan will pick up a brain tumor easily although it is not the best test for small(tiny) tumors. But then you would not have any symptoms from a small lesion. Please share information about your symptoms with us....we like to have detailed history of what is bothering you to start with.
