Talk to your doctor is the right approach. Do not abruptly stop this medication, dose should be tapered slowly for a week to 10 days (1/2 dose for 3-4 days, 1/2 dose every other day for 3-4 days) then take as needed only for a week then stop.

For any medication, there's a upside and a downside. The downside, otherwise called side effects, can make it difficult to take a medication. It is best to talk to your prescriber - it may be that the side effects may subside with time, or that a different medication may be better for you. Stopping abruptly may renew your original symptoms.
