Mitazepine: aka Remeron (mirtazapine). Minimal if any withdrawal symptoms except recurrence of symptoms of anxiety. Ift is available in 7.5 mg, but usually 15 mg is minimum dose and safe to go off of without withdraal symptoms. If you discontinued it on your own I would suggest consultation with prescribing doc

Severe anxiety. I cut my mirtazapine a bit, from 22.5 to 18.75. I feel agitated. I am also on Lexapro 10 and Clonazepam 0.75 x 2 and PRN 0.5. Any idea is this agitation from anxiety? From benzo interdose withdrawal? Not enough Lexapro? Too much AD?
