Severe anxiety. i cut my mirtazapine a bit, from 22.5 to 18.75. i feel agitated. i am also on lexapro 10 and clonazepam 0.75 x 2 and prn 0.5. any idea is this agitation from anxiety? from benzo interdose withdrawal? not enough lexapro? too much ad?

Polypharmacy involving an anxiolytic,ssri antidepressant as well as an atypical antidepressant is a complex issue here.It's not advisable for you to adjust your meds without supervision from your mental health professional.
