Get a sleep study: Sleep apnea and other sleep disorders are among the more common but less recognized disorders that can be treated effectively. I would seek out an evaluation including a sleep study that can confirm or exclude this issue. If not present you can pursue othe conditions that may be present.

Stressors: Don't know what is going on. However, I do know that many of my patients are really struggling between change in lifestyle due to the COVID 19 pandemic, racial tensions and problems with job security/ finances. Do you think those things migh be getting under your skin? Sleep deprivation is like a significant contributor.
