After 8 hours of fluid/food restriction my urine osmality is 177 mosm/kg h2o and serum osmality is 300.5 mosm/kg h20. i am suffering from sudden urge to urinate, excessive urination of 3.8liter for a fluid intake of 2.8 liter. is test report normal?

If you give us the result of a basic metabolic panel, the answer will be more accurate. With these info I can only tell you your kidneys can't concentrate the urine, i.e. diabetic insipidus needs to be ruled out.
