My total urine output for a 24 hours is 6000ml which is very excessive while total fluid intake is 3500ml also i feel sudden urge to urinate can't hold the pee more than 10 minutes. what disease i am suffering from. any scan i need to take?

That amount of urine is defined as polyuria. If you are not diabetic you need to see a kidney specialist urgently. If you are diabetic, you need to control your blood sugar to below 200 or optimally below 160, most of the time. In the mean time, you need to drink enough fluid for avoiding severe dehydration.

You could have a form of Diabetes Insipidus. Do not speculate about a test before an exam. See your doc .
