Most likely a urinary tract infection and there should be an evaluation for reflux with an imaging study usually ordered Discuss treatment options with Pediatric Urology and Nephrology. Watch for signs of infection and swelling. Monitor BP and a culture will determine the type of antibiotic. Please follow up.

Indicates fungal infection. Hydro needs to be diagnosed definitively. not 'suspected', if kidney function is normal. If not pl see a ped urologist NOW. Need a urine c&s on a properly collected urine.
