Just collected my hvs mcs result and it goes: wet preparation: wbc+,rbc nill ,yeast nil, t. vaginitis nil,whiff test +ve.direct gram: plus cells +,gram +ve cocci ++,gram -ve rods +,gram +be rods ++.culture yields no bacteria growth. pls shd i b worri?

It is best to discuss the report with your clinician who is able to provide the appropriate management. There is no healing provided by worrying so it is better avoided. The test report suggests bacteria overgrowth in your vagina and though you did not indicate what symptoms warranted the test, the suggestion of bacteria vaginosis that is treatable or it most likely nothing without symptoms.
