Need follow up: The doctor who ordered the urinalysis should follow up. If the UA was part of a routine visit & you have no urinary symptoms the urine culture is a good idea to check the bacteria issue. The 2+ blood should be evaluated with radiological study, preferably CT scan of abdomen & pelvis with contrast, for your peace of mind because there are many causes for blood on UA. Other test may be needed.
