Bacteria: A basic test shows bacteria in the urine. It could be contaminated from skin bacteria, or from the bladder. Need to put the finding in context with your physical symptoms. See a doctor for complete diagnosis.

Urine issue.: White blood cells in the urine suggests either inflammation or infection within the urinary collecting system - kidneys, ureters, bladder, urethra or even prostate (in a man). Actual diagnosis would depend on signs and symptoms that drove the request for the urinalysis and other findings in the test.
