It means your uterus is big (bulky), likely due to the swelling (enlargement) of the uterine wall which has the heterogeneous charateristic by ultrasound. Fibroid was not clearly identified by this pelvic ultrasound. The 2 common causes of a bulky heterogenous uterus are fibroids and adenomyosis. In summary: abnormal uterus by pelvic ultrasound with undefined etiology and you may need further test
