Bun/creatinine ratio is 27. 7-mos prior, it was 16 and always in normal ranges. the bun-lc is 13 (normal) and my creatinine is .48 (low). egfr is also normal. is this concerning? what are some causes? can this be temporary?

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your results are not a cause for concern. Wish you good health!
