How high?: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, it would have been helpful to know the actual creatinine and eGFR values. If these are abnormal if would be prudent to consult a nehprologist so that a treatable entity is not overlooked.
