Weight loss: Your diet list seems healthy. Be sure you have 6-8 servings of fruit or vegetable per day. Achieve at least 1.2 gram per kg body weight protein ingestion per day but no more than 1.5 gm / kg. Spread out your eating throughout the day. Eat protein in morning with little else to burn fat. Exercise. Be sure you have vitamins and minerals - you seem to by your food list.
