11th november 202 a chiropractor pressed to hard on my lumbar spine and caused 2 herniated disks l4-l5 which was revealed a month ago from mri. is this repairable by a physio or other manual therapy or is it really bad?

If you're asking whether the 2 herniated intervertebral discs in your lumbosacral can be cured by physiotherapy or manual therapy, I'm inclined to think pain relief.is usually what occurs. . Herniated discs have resolved on their own also. A neurosurgeon would be best to evaluate you, review your MRI and give you a prognosis as well as discuss best treatment options.
