Most people will react with high blood pressure along with high heart rate (tachycardia - sympathetic stimulation) when doing cold pressor test but in your case you had paradoxic vasovagal reaction (parasympathetic stimulation) which causes bradycardia and hypotension.

All research I can find on the cold pressor test only discusses the fact it does or should raise BP. I did this test on my self and within 1 minute my BP went from 148/82 to 72/58 followed by passing out and then vomiting. What caused that?
