When I answered your question previously I should have told you that back over 50 years ago when the cold pressor test was in vogue many clinicians disputed its usefulness in predicting which people were potential hypertension candidates as there were too many different reactions to the test. . I don't think your vasovagal reaction is of any diagnostic concern.
