Would like to know: more context. Certainly a problem with feeling in general. BUT if someone were 10-20% above the average pain tolerance, this would NOT be significant. NOT feeling any pain and having damage because you didn't feel it, would be a reason for NCS and eval. B12 is almost always given without the level being abnormally low in someone under 65. of 20 or so I've seen given it.. ONE bedridden person.
