My son feels pain when he has to poop or strains or just randomly in his testies i checked for a hernia and there was no pumps so i am thinking it is prostatitis or he says he has a varicocele in his left testies but they're the same size wcib?

Constipation and hard stools could explain the symptoms. For constipation - You may take a fiber laxative like Metamucil and drink enough water daily so that your urine is colorless. It is dangerous for you to try to diagnose medical conditions specially hernia and varicocele and prostatitis. Pl take him to a ped or ped Urologist for proper diagnosis and care.
