Do i have an inguinal hernia or a varicocele? i have a bulge in the scrotum of my left testicle but not in the groin its been 3 weeks since my testicle was hurting due to lifting and only the left scrotum is in pain?

Scrotal bulge: Given the history may be a hernia .
