I have had an upper and lower back and right side abdomen pain that gets bad at times but is always a dull ache. also in the past couple months i can feel a mass in my right abdomen that is hard and i can push around. ct and us show nothing. help?

Did you show Dr what you were feeling? Did they feel it. If not not likely a problem. Perhaps you are a good feeler?
