Many possibilities: Its normal to be scared when an ultasound shows a possible mass and further imaging is needed. It is important to get the ct in order to help the doctor to make a diagnosis. Often times the ct scan shows there is no finding to support the ultrasound findings. But it is important to get the study. No sense in speculating the possibilities get the studies and follow up with your doctor.

Further testing: Difficult to assess without further details of history and physical. Consult with your primary care. Further questions include weight loss? Rectal/vaginal bleeding? Abdominal and pelvic exam, ct abdomen/pelvis, colonoscopy would help better define mass on us. Best regards to you.
