Tough to answer: Because of the limited amount of information you are able to put in your question it is really difficulty to answer your question. WIth the information provided I would recommend follow up with gynecologist, gynecologic oncologist, or general surgeon for a more detailed evaluation. If pain increases then follow up in emergency room sooner.
