Swollen lymph nodes for 6 months now and just found some swollen in lower back right above pelvis. lower back hurts a bit. have gotten ultrasound on neck and came back clear. are the 2 related? help?

I'm not aware of the presence of a chain of lymph nodes in the back near the lumbosacral spine. I wonder if you're palpating some fatty tissue growths ( lipomas). Where are the other lymph nodes that are swollen located? Has a physician documented the presence of enlarged lymph nodes? Have you had a normal cbc& differential white cell count and a negative mono test? What follow-up is planned?
