For the last couple months ive had a pelvic lymph node become a bit swollen. it doesnt hurt and its the size of a pea. ive had a urine test done which came back clean and also had an ultrasound which showed nothing. whats causing it? im worried?

You cant see or feel a pelvic lymph nodes. They are in the pelvic cavity I think you mean the groin area. If that is correct, it is not from anything in your urine. It could be from something eg infection in your leg or some other reason which needs a good examination and appropriate testing by a good MD.

You can watch and wait. You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!
