I tuck ellaone yesterday at 11am and all has been fine. i've woken up this morning at 6.30am and had 2 soft stools. has the pill still worked? it wasn't diarrhea. it was just soft. i've not been eating much so could be abit of ibs?

Yes from your description the pain seems to have worked. IBS is more symptomatic and recurrent.
