Too much MOM: You may have taken too much MOM which contains Magnesium. Too much Magnesium can cause diarrhea. Too much fiber without lots of water can slow down your stool transport. Try to take Magnesium citrate 500mg every night. Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily with a fiber supplement. Aloe vera juice also helps.
