Possibly IBS: And, if it is, you're fortunate it's not a problem during the day too. That's a good sign that it may be easier than some to treat. The mention of anxiety is also a good sign that if you can get it and the stress in your life under some good management it will be much better. Consider CBT therapy to address skills to avoid, reduce and manage anxiety - also carefully look at your diet. Best wishes!
