I just found out im now 4 weeks pregnant. last week i took 2 x 0,25 mg xanax for a few days. is there a chance i damaged my baby? i am really anxious now?

About 4% of all pregnancies have an unexpected outcome ranging from prematurity and illness to random birth defects. I would not overthink this brief exposure but maintain a good diet/rest & get prenatal care.
