I want a hysteroscopy with a epidural instead of any kind of sedation. i have a huge fear of not waking up even though i had surgeries before. if i can just get an epidural like i had with my 3 kids, will that be enough? or will they sedate as well?

You need to ask your surgeon this question. If he/she is going to do extensive surgical removal of material, the epidural may or may not be available or sufficient.
