Happens sometimes: to everyone, especially after eating a large meal. Chemicals in your blood are changed by what you ate. Best to just give in and take a nap or go to bed. If it keeps happening, keep a diary of exactly what you have eaten and how soon after eating it occurs. Take this to doc and ask to be tested.
