Uterine polyps ?: Hysteroscopy with sedation is well tolerated, and there are no restrictions on makeup. Uterine polyps are diagnosed sometimes with ultrasound, or by symptoms of bleeding at other times than at menstruation. Hysteroscopy may allow polyps to be seen and removed.
