Dr took me off my progesterone feb 2022 month later started bleeding every day for 8 months. had a hysterscopy and d&c. had one neg endometrium polyp results stated a proliferative endometrium. what are my options to stop bleeding?

A review of 36 patients treated with hysteroscopic tumor resection combined with hormone therapy reported an 89 percent response rate, with an 11 percent recurrence rate.
