Hysteroscopy 9/14 polyp biopsy nrml now new polyp 2 cm been on progrsterone how likely this is cancer ?

Pathology report?: No need to speculate if your physician had already taken a biopsy of the polyp. The term "polyp" only means "mushroom-like" growth but whether benign or malignant cannot be ascertained until it is examined under microscope by a pathologist.
