I can do a office hysteroscopy with no anesthesia but people are telling me the biopsy part is the worst. i'm just curious is there a difference in pain scale for endometrial biopsy to a uterine polypectomy with no anesthesia? is a polypectomy easier?

A hysteroscopic polypectomy is a more extensive procedure than an endometrial biopsy. Everyone handles pain differently. Your surgeon likely has protocols in place to help minimize discomfort. Consider a preop visit with your surgeon to go over the process and options.
