Yes, you still have one small stone (0.5 cm) in the upper pole of the left kidney and if you recently had left flank pain (renal colic) this stone can be the cause or you might pass another stone. The bilateral mild pelvicaliectasis is likely due to congenital ureteropelvic junction obstruction but rare, bilateral stone obstruction can't be ruled out. Low radiation CT scan may be the next step.

You have a 0.5cm size stone in the left upper kidney. Ultrasounds dont diagnose UTI a urinalysis would. Pl see a Urologist for care.
