F 63. normal blood tests and urine tests for kidney. ultrasound was done to follow up on kidney stone , and report say hyperechoic central tissue. should not this be the case as renal sinus is hyperechoic? why this is reported? can this be maligant?

Need to see the US and talk to person who did it. They must have thought it was not normal. Discuss with them and your Dr who ordered it.
