Sharp pain up the whole of my left foot when any weight is put on the left side of the ball of my foot. pain's gotten worse over about 2ish weeks. have been wearing tighter shoes than i usually wear as these were the only ones i had suitable for work?

More information would be helpful Does it hurt when barefoot or a different pair of shoes? Swelling? Discoloration? Physical exam. Possible X-ray needed for any suggestions. If fractured you need medical care
